The Talent Consultant identifies, recruits, screens, and places candidates for vacant positions at BOLD, working with client groups, People Operations partners, hiring managers, and Senior Talent Consultants. The role includes candidate verification, interview coordination, placement follow-up, recruitment reporting, candidate-pipeline development, and compliance with employment laws. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while strategic talent assessment, Greenhouse, and SHRM credentials are preferred.
