Boom Supersonic is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join their high-performance recruiting team. This role involves shaping the candidate journey, designing and operating the hiring process for critical hires like engineers and manufacturing leaders, and ensuring seamless coordination during complex interview loops. The coordinator will handle scheduling, candidate travel, event hosting, interviewer preparation, and data management in the ATS. They will also contribute to project improvements and organize events, working closely with recruiters and sales teams.
