adMarketplace is hiring a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the full hiring lifecycle from role opening through offer acceptance. The role coordinates interviews, candidate communications, logistics, onboarding, recruiting reports, ATS administration, vendor and technology support, and process improvements. It also co-leads the Challenger and Internship Programs and partners with People Operations and other business leaders. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and familiarity with recruiting tools; it offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus bonus and equity.
