Description
The Talent Development Coordinator supports the performance management of junior traders in a global energy and commodities trading firm. The role owns operational performance data, scorecards, drill logs, assessment records, rotation schedules, recruitment pipelines, and interview logistics; serves as a responsive point of contact for traders and desk heads; and contributes to training and performance improvement projects. The position offers exposure to live trading, commodity markets, and the commercial dynamics of an energy trading business, with strong organisational, communication, discretion, curiosity, and proactive ownership skills required.
