Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Talent Development expert to lead, design, develop, and facilitate management and organizational development programs and initiatives across its United States sites. The role partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders, manages complex programs, designs learning solutions, applies psychometric tools, and contributes to talent management best practices. It requires 10+ years of organization or management development experience, strong instructional design and change-management capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced global organization. The position is based in Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, with 25% travel and relocation eligibility.
