Description
Ford Champs is a 12-month talent development program for a Talent Development Ford Champ who will develop continuous education and training communication strategies, manage talent development KPIs, negotiate university and language-school agreements, conduct training needs analyses, design and deploy training programs, assess program effectiveness, and lead internal training communications. The role requires an active student in a relevant field, strong English and analytical communication skills, and does not require previous learning experience.
