Farber is hiring a Talent Development Manager to lead the design, execution, and evolution of its learning and development strategy. The role partners with the VP of People & Culture, oversees a small team of Talent Development Specialists, develops leadership and organizational capability programs, supports change enablement, and uses learning technologies and data to improve program effectiveness. It is a permanent full-time hybrid position in North York, Ontario, with a salary of $95,000-$105,000 plus bonus.
