Description

UKFE is hiring a Talent Development Manager to lead the enterprise-wide talent and capability development strategy for its STEP fusion energy programme. The role covers career pathways, succession planning, onboarding, learning and leadership development, employee engagement, employee value proposition, diversity and inclusion, and strategic advice to senior leaders. Additional Information

Minimum Education: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification
Required Previous Experiences: 5-7 years of experience in a relevant function
Experience leading talent development, learning, or organisational development in complex, technical, or delivery-focused organisations
Experience designing and embedding career and capability frameworks, onboarding programmes, and leadership development pathways
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale programmes
Familiarity with public-private partnership or joint venture models
Understanding of organisational transition and culture evolution in newly formed entities
Experience with budget ownership and management
