KOHO is hiring a Talent Development Partner & Performance Coach for a 15-month contract to combine individual performance coaching with talent development program design and delivery. The role manages a roster of 10–20 coaching clients, coaches leadership, career development, feedback, self-awareness, and performance-related topics, facilitates triad and team coaching, supports Leadership Labs and onboarding, and designs and measures learning experiences using adult learning principles and AI. The position requires ICF-recognized coaching training, leadership program experience, facilitation skills, AI fluency, data literacy, and Sana experience, with a budgeted salary of CAD 100,000–130,000 per year.
