Klipboard is hiring an Instructional Designer and Facilitator to diagnose learning and performance needs, design and develop blended and digital learning, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions and train-the-trainer programmes, translate complex business and technical content, evaluate learning impact, and manage learning projects. The role requires experience in instructional design and facilitation, knowledge of learning-science methodologies and Kirkpatrick evaluation, and the ability to create scalable, accessible learning solutions; a relevant qualification or professional certification is desirable. The position follows a hybrid policy with three office days and two remote days.
