Ormit Talent is recruiting participants for a two-year paid talent-development program in which they work across different roles, organisations, and business challenges such as digital transformation, process improvement, change management, AI adoption, and product readiness. Participants must have prior business experience, a maximum of three years, a Master’s degree, strong Dutch, French, and English language skills, and AI and technology literacy. The program includes coaching, training, peer learning, and development support, with benefits including mobility or a company car, meal and eco vouchers, hospitalisation insurance, pension savings, a wellbeing budget, and a homeworking allowance.
