Description
The role manages a caseload of participants through referral, counseling, competency assessment, employment planning, job-search and education support, retention monitoring, and advancement efforts. It provides case management, maintains participant records, coordinates with employers and government agencies, and supports participants toward self-sufficiency. The position requires a related associate degree or equivalent work experience, customer-service and communication skills, familiarity with local communities, and one to three years of workforce-development experience preferred. It follows a hybrid schedule, requires an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and valid Arizona driver's license and insurance, and may require local or statewide travel.
