The Career Advisor counsels job seekers and career changers on job-search strategies, career planning, training needs, and employment barriers; monitors customer progress; facilitates job-readiness workshops; documents cases; analyzes resumes and eligibility materials; maintains records; and supports program operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and experience working with career-counseling consumers in a high-volume human-services or workforce-development environment. The position offers a start wage of $22.01 and a maximum wage of $26.28, with bilingual Spanish preferred.
