The role also maintains records, prepares documents, supports team members, and works under the direction of a Career Advisor Coordinator. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of relevant experience, and experience working with career-counseling consumers in a high-volume human-services or workforce-development environment. The position pays $22.01 to $26.28 and may require first-shift work, overtime, and travel.
