Description
The Training and Development Specialist plans, schedules, coordinates, and evaluates training programs and services; develops instructional materials and online courses; supports employees, managers, and departments; consults on training issues; maintains training records; and teaches selected live or remote classes. The role requires 3–5 years of combined education and training experience in the construction industry, a college degree in construction, business, or education, strong communication and program or project management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least 50% travel to Sundt projects and offices.
