Description
The Talent Development Specialist partners with campus leaders, Human Resources, managers, and employees to design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate learning and talent development programs at Howmet’s Whitehall campus. The role covers learning and development, talent management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and management of the Center for Change facility, while also researching and submitting training grants and external funding proposals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of experience in talent development, learning and development, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
