Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field, or Master’s Degree in a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 4 years in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development and 4 years in course/workshop facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Crucial Conversations, Extraordinary Leader 360, DiSC (or another Meyers-Briggs Type Inventory)
