OpenGov is hiring a Talent Enablement Manager to design and deliver learning experiences across the organization, including leadership development, onboarding, manager training, e-learning, blended learning, and facilitation. The role partners with subject matter experts, business leaders, and HR business partners; manages concurrent projects; measures learning effectiveness; and uses AI-powered workflows to improve enablement. It requires at least six years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, instructional design, or a related people-development function, with a four-day-in-office schedule in Chicago.
