Description
Profound is hiring its first Talent Engineer to build AI-powered recruiting tooling and automation infrastructure. The role combines recruiting systems architecture and pipeline engineering to develop sourcing pipelines, resume screening, skills matching, interview scheduling, analytics, outbound recruiting, and candidate briefs. The engineer will create systems that the recruiting team can operate independently as hiring scales. This is an on-site role in Profound’s Union Square, New York City office, with a base salary of $130,000 to $200,000 plus equity and benefits.
