The role focuses on talent intelligence, market research, competitor and talent-market monitoring, talent mapping, candidate identification, insight reporting, stakeholder collaboration, employer-brand insights, and the use of research, CRM, ATS, and AI-enabled tools. It is a hybrid role and requires experience in talent intelligence, workforce planning, research, analysis, stakeholder communication, and project management; European language skills are preferred.
