Findem is hiring a Talent Intelligence Architect (Agency Recruiter) to improve talent search effectiveness and build high-quality candidate pipelines at scale. The role involves rapidly synthesizing job descriptions into search attributes and queries, using AI tools and MCP integrations, analyzing search outcomes across multiple customer organizations, identifying platform improvement opportunities, and partnering with engineering, customer success, and product teams. The position requires at least five years of agency recruiting, in-house sourcing, RPO, or talent research experience, strong JD synthesis and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. It is based in Bengaluru or requires immediate relocation to Bengaluru.
