AMI is hiring a Talent Intelligence Partner to identify, understand, and engage exceptional AI researchers and engineers globally. The role combines proactive sourcing, talent mapping, competitor and research-intelligence analysis, full-cycle recruiting, candidate management, and recruiting operations. It is a hands-on startup role requiring significant sourcing and recruiting experience, technical AI knowledge, strong candidate engagement skills, and the ability to work independently. The position is based in AMI’s Paris office and requires four days per week onsite, with flexibility for one remote day each week.
