Entrepreneur First is hiring a Talent Investor to identify exceptionally talented individuals early in their careers, advise them on career and company-building decisions, build relationships with experts, and influence investment decisions. The role involves sourcing talent across Europe for approximately eight months per year and supporting invested founders in San Francisco for two to three months per year. It is an on-site permanent position with a £54,000–£75,000 base salary plus performance-based upside, and requires around 2–4 years of experience with a track record of ownership and impact.
