Description
OpenFX is hiring a Talent Lead to build and scale its talent acquisition function and contribute to broader people operations. The role owns the full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing strategies, employer branding, agency management, offer negotiation, onboarding, workforce planning, hiring analytics, and recruiting systems. It is a senior, hands-on leadership position reporting to the Head of People Operations & Talent and is based in Miami, London, Dubai, or Bengaluru. Candidates need 7–10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity at a high-growth startup or scale-up, along with experience across multiple functions, geographies, ATS systems, and external agencies.
