Bidcom is hiring a Senior Talent Development Analyst – Talent Management Specialist to lead talent and performance management processes in its People Experience department. The role covers people analytics with the People Analyzer tool, predictive analysis, annual evaluation cycles, strategic onboarding, internal mobility, career-path design, and training needs identification. Candidates need a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, expertise in evaluation methodologies and talent matrices, Excel data-analysis skills, and experience with Talent Management Systems. The position is based in Villa Ortuzar and follows a hybrid schedule of two on-site days and three remote days.
