The role also manages a multidisciplinary People & Culture team and acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Candidates need solid talent management experience, prior people leadership experience in mid-sized or large companies, and experience with performance and leadership programs; employer branding, technology-sector experience, English proficiency, and learning methodologies are preferred.
