Description
The Talent Management Manager plans, administers, and implements talent management programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and individual development planning. The role assesses talent needs, develops talent pools and development opportunities, analyzes talent metrics, supports internal mobility, and coaches managers on talent assessment and employee development. It requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of progressive experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, learning and development, or a related discipline, with HR certification preferred. The pay range is USD 80,606 to USD 100,758, and benefits include health insurance coverage.
