CloudFactory is hiring a Talent Management Specialist to support employee relations, HR operations, compliance documentation, manager guidance, employee lifecycle coordination, and culture and engagement initiatives. The role requires knowledge of Kenyan labor law, investigation and analytical abilities, strong communication, confidentiality, G-Suite and HRIS proficiency, and familiarity with AI concepts for modernizing HR workflows. It requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or a related field, preferred CHRP(K) certification, and 2–4 years of HR experience including at least one year in employee relations or HR operations.
