LG Household & Health Care is hiring a Manager, Talent to build and lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple entities and teams primarily based in Los Angeles and New York. The role will establish recruiting processes and pipelines, manage requisitions and candidate data, coordinate offers and compensation, support employer branding, and ensure compliance across entities. It requires at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and bilingual Korean and English proficiency.
