Select Management Group is hiring a senior Talent Manager to oversee and develop an exclusive roster of digital creators and emerging creatives. The role owns talent relationships, identifies and closes brand partnership and endorsement opportunities, develops creative and content strategies, and serves as a primary stakeholder contact. Candidates need at least three years of talent-management experience, a proven record managing digital creators or influencers, strong communication and strategic abilities, and the ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is a negotiable base salary plus commissions based on client earnings and revenue, with health and dental insurance, a hybrid work environment, and other benefits.
