Description
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will build and operate the company’s hiring infrastructure, including an ATS, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer workflows, agency coordination, and hiring analytics. The role requires at least two years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or similar experience, strong written communication, reliable and proactive execution, and English proficiency; Polish is a plus. The position is Warsaw-based and on-site, with remote options for some roles.
