Spring Oak Senior Living is hiring a full-time, onsite Talent Operations Manager in Wall, New Jersey to support hiring across more than 1,000 employees and 20+ locations. The role owns the ATS and candidate pipelines, manages job postings and recruiting sponsorships, coordinates interviews and hiring activity, supports department-head and leadership hiring, trains hiring managers, and helps improve recruiting workflows. The position requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and initiative; talent operations, recruiting coordination, project coordination, HR operations, ATS, CRM, or workflow-platform experience is preferred.
