Description
Base is hiring a Talent Partner to build and scale corporate teams across Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other G&A functions. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, develops specialized talent pipelines, partners with functional leaders, advises on hiring strategy, manages candidate experience, and uses recruiting data to improve outcomes. Candidates should have at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including specialized G&A recruiting, sourcing, hiring across levels, business acumen, stakeholder credibility, and a data-driven approach.
