Description
Fortive is hiring a Talent Partner to serve as an enterprise talent process leader and trusted advisor to assigned operating companies. The role owns the execution, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, capability reviews, and talent mobility, while providing consultative support to OpCo HR leaders. The Talent Partner uses workforce and talent data to identify risks and opportunities, facilitates high-quality talent discussions, partners with Talent Acquisition and Talent Enablement, and translates insights into actionable recommendations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, or related disciplines, and experience facilitating talent discussions with senior stakeholders.
