The Talent Partner manages the full recruitment process for blue-collar roles, matching candidates to openings, building relationships with recruitment partners, schools, and external channels, conducting interviews, preparing data-driven reports, and supporting employer branding, campus recruitment, and job fairs. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, initial recruitment or relevant internship experience, fluent Dutch, and the ability to communicate in French and English.
