Wiz Co is hiring an Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of its new benefits and health business area, Wiz Benefícios. The role covers client implementation, placement, bid desk and quotations, billing and member changes, monitoring of operational processes, and customer service and liaison with clients and internal teams. Experience in brokerages, health plan operators, insurance companies, benefits consultancies, or related companies is valued but not required. The position follows the WE Flex model, requiring in-person work at the company offices four days per week and remote work from home one day per week.
