The role manages internship and full-time early career programs, including onboarding, development, engagement, events, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and offboarding, while building scalable enablement tools and frameworks. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong program management and facilitation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel to APAC locations.
