Sayari is hiring a Principal-level Talent Programs & Intelligence Lead to design and operate AI-enabled talent workflows across the employee lifecycle. The individual-contributor role owns manager self-service tools, sourcing-to-hire processes, onboarding and offboarding, career pathing, performance cycles, engagement surveys, talent reporting, intervention signals, and lifecycle communications. It requires 8–12 years of talent management, organizational design, or People Operations experience, including end-to-end lifecycle design and cross-functional adoption, and offers a US base salary of $180,000–$200,000 plus bonus and equity.
