Deepgram is hiring a Talent Researcher to support talent market research, talent mapping, proactive pipeline building, and market intelligence across technical, business, and leadership roles. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, identifies candidates who may not be actively seeking work, develops evergreen talent communities, and improves sourcing workflows and tools. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in talent research, executive search, sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role with a strong research component, along with analytical, communication, and adaptability skills.
