BCG is hiring a Talent Partner to lead the people agenda for an assigned Business Unit or Function within its Global Businesses and Functions People Team. The role advises functional leaders on talent development, promotions, talent reviews, performance management, workforce planning, retention risks, and capability gaps; leads talent initiatives and change projects; develops decision-ready materials; and partners with HR, Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Insights. Candidates should have talent management experience in a complex, global, matrixed organization, analytical and digital fluency, consulting and facilitation skills, and experience leading talent initiatives.
