Description
The Talent Services Coordinator supports Basis Technologies’ Talent and Development team by processing employee lifecycle HR transactions, responding to employee inquiries, maintaining Workday and related system data, and providing administrative support for learning, talent, and recruiting administration. The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Chicago area who can occasionally attend onsite events, and it requires strong attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, and adaptability; prior HR operations, shared services, or customer support experience is preferred.
