PointOne is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to build outbound pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates, write outreach that generates responses, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track pipeline health and conversion, and provide candidates with a thoughtful first impression. The role requires a university degree, 0–2 years of professional experience, strong written communication, autonomy, and resilience; prior BDR or SDR experience is beneficial but not required.
