Description
Pigment is hiring a Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract with potential extension to build high-quality talent pipelines across its Go-to-Market organization. The role focuses on sourcing and pre-qualifying passive candidates, especially enterprise SaaS revenue roles such as Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Architects, while partnering with hiring managers, mapping talent, analyzing compensation and competitor activity, and providing market intelligence. The position requires experience in talent sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, strong headhunting and research skills, and familiarity with the North American SaaS revenue ecosystem.
