Remote Raven is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join their internal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running high-volume outbound outreach, primarily through cold calls, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and referral channels, to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for various client searches. This role involves managing a candidate pipeline, conducting phone screenings, tracking metrics, and collaborating with recruiters and account managers. It's a fully remote, phone-first, metrics-driven position requiring individuals who treat sourcing as a core discipline.
