Description
The hiring organization is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to own the top of the talent pipeline for software engineers, data annotators, QA, DevOps, data science, and other technology roles across Latin America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and Asia. The role involves sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, GitHub, and other regional platforms; screening technical profiles; maintaining multiple regional pipelines; tracking sourcing metrics; adapting outreach across cultures and time zones; and collaborating with recruiters and account managers. It is a remote-first, async-friendly position with 1–3 years of tech sourcing or recruiting experience required.
