Philips is hiring a Talent Sourcing Partner in Nashville, Tennessee to identify and engage top talent, build candidate pipelines, coordinate campus recruitment and interviews, guide offers and onboarding, and support hiring managers and HR stakeholders. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, sourcing and search skills, and strong communication. It is an office-based position requiring in-person work at least three days per week, with candidates required to reside in or near Nashville and have U.S. work authorization.
