Sage Haus is hiring a candidate-facing Talent Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified household candidates across a designated U.S. territory. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and documenting candidates in Notion and Breezy ATS, while collaborating with regional hiring specialists and a regional manager. The position is fully remote, part-time (20–29 hours per week), pays $35 per hour plus a per-sale bonus opportunity, and strongly prefers firsthand household staffing experience such as house manager or family assistant work.
