BCG is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist for its APAC Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. The role leads proactive sourcing for high-priority technology positions across India, including Generative AI, Digital Product Management, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cloud and Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering. The specialist partners with recruiters and hiring managers, maps talent markets, engages active and passive candidates, builds pipelines, conducts initial technical and cultural assessments, and maintains ATS tracking. The position requires 2–4+ years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience, sourcing expertise in technology roles, proficiency with sourcing tools, and a bachelor's degree; it is generally expected to be worked from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
