Description
The role partners with talent leadership to execute Lab49 Talent projects and develop talent management processes that support business growth. Responsibilities include designing and implementing retention and development programs, driving change initiatives, analyzing people trends, coaching on complex employee matters, and collaborating with business leaders and external parties. The position requires 3–7 years of Talent Engagement and Management experience, strong project and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
