KIPP Texas Public Schools is hiring a Talent Strategy Project Coordinator to provide flexible project and team support across Workforce Strategy and Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Health Systems & Insights. The role coordinates special projects, talent cycles, administrative processes, data trackers, communications, stakeholder activities, and recurring Talent Strategy processes. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience in project management, talent operations, program management, or a related field, and experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously; K-12 education experience is preferred. The position is hybrid, reporting to the central office or schools three days per week, with minimal travel to other school sites or regional offices.
